IB5 Gearbox fill level 10mm below plug?

I have seen it mentioned on here before that the IB5 gearbox should be filled with oil to a level 10mm below the filler plug. 

This is unlike most others that are normally filled to the level of the filler hole. 

Can anyone post the official document confirming this?
