Wet Belt Replacement In Nottingham

Featured Replies

Can anyone recommend a garage in Nottingham where they have had the wet belt system replaced? I have had a quote for a major service, MOT and wet belt (inc oil belt) change. £1800 did exceed my expectations. I know this is an expensive thing, but is it really that much for a quality job?

Thanks

@Bobr had his wetbelts replaced recently around Nottingham for less than £1000.  Perhaps he could let you know which garage it was.

I had mine done at the Gedling Garage, Lascelles Avenue, Gedling. 0115 987 6094. It finished up costing a bit more than £900 as they did some more work so get a quote first. I also had the water pump replaced.

They do seem to have made a good job of it.
