Rubbing braking noise.

Hi Guys,

Issue when braking in my fiesta 2017 tdci, When I apply the brakes gently, there's a rubbing sound from the front end as if something is catching on rotation. if I apply more brake pressure, the noise goes, I've had the brakes and discs changed 4 times now, I've also had the NS caliper replaced due to heat apparently, then tonight the noise is apparent whilst running on idle in second gear around 10mph, not very loud but sounds the same. any ideas? getting to my wits end. it's not a squealing sound, more like a pulsating sound. as the car slows, the sound gets less on rotation as if its the wheel.
