Blimey, it's warm today in Manchester!!

Specs would help

I'm flying in to Manchester tomorrow, at least I know to wear shorts and a t-shirt 😁

Duplicate post due to dodgy Internet in Milton Keynes.

That ambient temperature sensor is likely to be causing issues but the rest does look like fuel related.
This post on here is a  start and mentions a leak off test etc.:

However if it won't start since the mechanic has changed those components (how did they justify that, if it's worse, what are they going to do about it?) , has it been bled properly, are there any new codes, is fuel actually being supplied to the injectors, were codes read with Forscan, was there "glitter" in the filter from the fuel pump  - is the whole system now contaminated etc?

No fuel is not supply to the injectors…..

but pump is response when put key in ignition..

Do you mean there's no fuel to the injectors even though the in-tank pump is priming it?
Injectors will not be switched on if certain conditions like crank/cam correlation aren't present (and then there's the temperature sensor which may be involved, or not?

Any air leaks giving bubbles in any transparent bit of the line?

Thanks for reply.yes there is temperature sensor error as well

Which diagnostic system do you use?

You should use a Ford specific diagnostic system (like for example ForScan). Next to all of the generic DTC codes this will also show the manufacturer specific codes and subcodes and gives more detailed information about the codes and subcodes.

You should also post a full list of all DTC codes that are currently present. This already will give a good indication of what the problem might be.

Based on your picture:

- The battery voltage is low. On itself this can also cause several DTC codes. I suggest to fully charge the battery before proceeding.
- There are several DTC codes that indicate an Open circuit, Low circuit or High circuit. This usually indicates a wiring or PCM defect.

I suspect that the DTC codes were not interpreted well, and the high-pressure fuel pump has been replaced without for no reason. Both P0251 and P0253 indicate a problem with the fuel metering circuit. These codes alone do not indicate that the actual high-pressure fuel pump is faulty. In combination with the other DTC codes that indicate an Open circuit, Low circuit or High circuit a wiring or PCM defect is actually much more likely than a defective high-pressure fuel pump.

I'll say that I don't know about this particular engine but on many Ford diesel engines the HP pump is coded and forms part of the PATS system. Perhaps this may not be the case for this car ?

As far as I know the Focus MK3 with the 1.6 TDCI engine does not have a low-pressure fuel pump inside the fuel tank but correct me if I am wrong.

So from this perspective if the fuel pump has been replaced it must be the high-pressure fuel pump. Apart from that, both the P0251 and P0253 DTC codes relate to the fuel metering control which is part of the high-pressure fuel pump.

On the Focus MK3 1.6 TDCI the high-pressure fuel pump is not part of the PATS system. The PATS system is integrated into the PCM, BCM and ABS modules. If the vehicle would have been immobilized there would have been a corresponding DTC code stored.

Thanks for reply.let me know what to do to back on start my car as its focus 1.6 diesel.

………..?

First you should post the full list of all stored DTC codes and subcodes.

Without these we can only guess.

Here is the full list of error codes

All of these DTC codes indicate a "circuit" problem.

Since there are several sensors/functions that more or less suffer from the same fault it is highly likely that the problem is either a wiring fault or a defective PCM.

Ok but why not diesel circulate when it’s try to start?

I may be butting in and be totally wrong but if the PCM doesn't like what it sees then it won't trigger the injectors?
Whilst some of the codes may not be relevant, the fuel metering, turbo and air temperature sensor codes may well stop things.
In any case, they need to be sorted, perhaps in that order and looking at live data for fuel rail pressure, boost controller/actuator position and comparison with demanded and sensor outputs then, as already said, checking wiring for damage, continuity, Earth and power issues?
