Horn not working.

The steering wheel lock slipped and horn was on constant for 10 minutes. . Now it’s not working and traced problem to a clicking sound from the left passenger footwell. Took the panel off and it’s the wiring loom. That’s where the clucking is coming from.

    Is the clicking happening when you press the horn button, implying a relay is working but horn isn't?

    Check handbook for any fuse, then test horn itself then wiring (and perhaps BCM if it has one) use Forscan to test if the horn button is working and any other horn related parameter?

    The horn itself has probably burnt out if it was on constant for 10 minutes.

    Relay clicking shows the car side is working.
