It will not even crack with that computer please someone help

I suspect that your workmanship matches your command of written English which is careless and unintelligible. There are several pieces of information that you need to supply in order to give anybody a chance to help. Read what you wrote and see if it makes any sense to you.

The ECU (computer) is coded to the immobiliser so it will never start by just swapping the ECU.

You could try swapping the GEM & cluster as well, as they are all coded together.

However, if you only changed the engine for an identical one, then the ECU shouldn't even know.  Only thing I can think of at the moment is that the crank sensor could be in a different place if the manual version picks up from the flywheel.  Which engine type is it?

Injectors might need swapping in the correct order from the old engine to the new one as they are coded but nobody knows whether you have a petrol or diesel engine.
