Both fobs not working 2016 fiesta 1.0 eco boost

Hi, both fobs stopped working at the same time on opening and locking the car, changed the batteries in both fobs and one of the fobs worked enabling one locking and unlocking cycle then nothing from both fobs.

Vehicle key on both fobs work ok in locking and unlocking the car...

Stop start hasn't been working for a while, could this be the vehicle battery causing all of the above?
