Has anyone brought and installed a screen in there car. 

I'm looking for some recommendations for a focus MK2.

Depends what you mean by a screen but I’ve got an android head unit in mine that can do video, sat nav and all sorts of modern things compared to the original head unit.

Lots of options on eBay or Aliexpress, some units fit into the original dash fascia then others come with their own fascia which fits into your dash. Or the nuclear option of perhaps 10” display that sits proudly of the dash and covers air vents too. 
 

Best to get some feedback from other users who could suggest a decent seller and comes with correct wiring loom adaptor etc 

I brought a cheap android auto 7 inch screen it still has sat nav, music, to stick on top of the dash but I thought I'll upgrade it to a better one.

Why not just replace the windscreen with one of these ?

Id personally instead go for a double din adapter then put something like a pioneer double din that has dab and android auto / apple carplay. It's more expensive than the android units but in my experience the android units are pretty rubbish.
