Rear Seats

Featured Replies

Hey guys,

I don't suppose any ones know how to remove the back seats from a MK7 fiesta Zetec S. I can take the bottom of the seat out, its just the back of the seat that i can't remove from the trim which is in the back. I've removed all the screws i can see but still cant figure it out!

Any help with be so useful.

Cheers!

When I removed my back seats so I could fit my rear speakers, there were I believe 7 torques screws and at both outer sides at the bottom of the seats where the hinge is, going into the side trim is a little plastic self locking popper thing which you have to ply out with a screwdriver and then pull out with some wire snippers. After they are removed on both sides move the little peice of trim out of the way of the hinge base then it should just slide out, repeat at the other side, make sure when refitting the seats you have tightened the screws to the correct torque setting!
