screen not working

hi all, changed gps antenna then did update and screen is now black and does these lines when you reset it, any help would be greatly appreciated.

You could try disconnecting the GPS antenna and also pulling andthe fuse that feeds the display for a couple of minutes to see if either of those help

That looks like a failure of the LCD screen. Sometimes caused by excess pressure being applied, or by the screen being laid face down on a hard surface.

have tried with the gps antenna out still the same, it was working fine until the update said update will be applied next time car is off or on and this happened, no pressure applied or knocked.

this only happens for a split second when doing a reset, it's always just a black screen.
