1.0 Ecoboost crankshaft pulley slips

Good afternoon, my name is Marc and I'm installing the timing belt on a 1.0 Ecoboost Ford Fiesta. When I go to tighten the crankshaft pulley with all the tools and the timing belt ready, the pulley slips. I've already tried 4 new friction washers and 4 new Ford crankshaft bolts, and I can't get it to lock. I've previously installed 3 other 1.0 Ecoboost engines and this has never happened to me before. I don't know if anyone can help me. I thought I read that this had happened to someone but I don't know how they solved it. I'm desperate. I hope someone can help me. Thank you very much.
