Suddenly last week the car turned to safe mode (no cel).

Checked if there are any errors (not with forscan, it is known that forscan is the best and recommended).

These are the errors. 

Could be from high humidity? Heavy rain?

After some rides it didn't turned to safe mode again, no errors - for now.

 

Years ago also from time to time it showed error codes for maf but never again did that again.

I'd suggest a read with FORScan

Could it be from free-flow air filter (K&N) plus RS lid and airbox?

The K&N air filter could've contaminated the MAF sensor with oil

There should be otherwise they don't work

On the filter yes there is. But the pipe and the maf were clean.

Checked many times, recently also.

Have you actually cleaned the MAF though?

And you really don't need an RS airbox lid, designed to help a 2.3 four cylinder engine breathe, it doesn't matter what you do to your 1.0 three pot it will never draw as much air as a 2.3 four pot.

I'd probably stick the standard lid back on and clean the MAF

The airbox has also the second tube (standard 1.0 has only one for intake).

Should check if that happens again indeed.

Have also the K&N special lid for that model.
