2013- Diesel mystery fault any ideas?

2013 focus, intermittent fault - power cuts out. Mechanically sound, all fuel injectors replaced, ecu checked amongst other things it has cost a fortune. But unsafe to drive due to intermittent fault. Help any ideas on what can be done or checked, any auto electricians on here? A common simple fault that does not show on the reader? Really desperate as no idea what to do 🙁 even if not fixed.

    When was the fuel filter last replaced? Also what's the fuel rail pressure like?

    Ford specific faults won't show on a generic OBD reader.

    Best option is to get Forscan.  That shows any codes the garage reader can't see.

    Yes all new fuel injectors and everything linked to the fuel has been tested and or replaced. Obviously I am not a mechanic just the customer paying for all the work done to date, which is why i am now broke with a broken Ford.
