Radio issue (freezing/sticking)

I've just had an issue with my radio console/unit where it seemed to 'freeze'.  I've had an issue or two in the past where I couldn't change station as the touch screen wasn't responsive but I managed to perform a reset by holding the right search button and the power button.

Just now, I had an incident where the radio wouldn't switch off after parking in my drive.  It should switch off after turning off the engine and opening the door.  It didn't do this time and just kept playing even after shutting and locking the door.  The only thing I could do was turn the volume down.
Thankfully, I managed to perform a reset on it as above and it turned off after switching the engine off and shutting & locking the door.

I've found little bits of other people's experiences via Google but some are driving older models (mine's 2023).  Just wondering if there could be an underlying issue and whether I'd be best taking it into the dealership?
