Line Leaks At Clutch Master Cylinder

Line from clutch master cylinder to slave cylinder leaks at the master cylinder. Installed new ford clutch master cylinder and pedal assy. The line is plugged in all the way and the retainer clip is in locked position. Did not leak with the old unit. Why is it leaking? 

Do I need a new line?it is P/N 7A215B hose. Can not find one to buy.

    Maybe...you've already tried the master cylinder. 

    I did the exact same for my old Mondeo ST24, it was the union (***** in to the master cylinder) on the pipe that was leaking.
