Engine oil light flashing

Featured Replies

Hi there folks! I have focus 2017 EcoBoost, and recently my engine oil light start flashing when the car been stationary and cold, and when driving it comes on and off.car done 46k

replaces oil and filter, scar car for faulty pressure oil sensor and it’s okay!

Any advise what it could be?
Many thanks in advance!

2017 ecoboost what?????

I presume 1.0 in which case your engine is about to die as you have wet belt degradation which has started to block up the oil pick up pipe and is starving the engine of oil.

Stop driving it (Do Not Start the engine) and get the wet belts changed ASAP and the pick up pipe cleaned.

You may be lucky.

If you don't stop driving it it will die very soon
