I'm new here so not sure if this has been shared already but it's also time for me to say "Hello" so here I am.

3 months ago I bought a 2013 2.0L petrol /auto MK3 Focus Trend, just thought I'd share a pic of the finish of my first task, tidying up the old steering wheel. I got a $15 steering wheel cover/wrap for my-new-to-me Focus off AliExpress and had a crack at doing the steering wheel. Way easier than I thought, I'm sure all know how the OEM wheel looks but I thought I'd share a wrapped pic of the finish. If your wondering just give it a go, much easier than expected, just allow 1.5 to 3 hours of time.

Yes, I'm finding more and more that pics posted on perfectly innocent sites (e.g. Cars, diy, hobbies, etc) are blocked.

Daft thing is, I'm sure those who do wish to see "nastiness" will find ways to do it anyway.

I'm also confused. How did you manage to post the image of the finished wheel but not the other one? If you posted the first one as an attachment couldn't you do the same with the second?

Think I vaguely remember there's a photo upload restriction for new members, so they may not be able to post a second one until they've made more posts.

 

Must admit this is the first time I've seen anything restricted.  I dread to think what sites Dave must be using.  

Completely stopping Imgur is odd though.  I use to browse that site daily to pass time around 10 years ago.  Guess it's just caught in red tape rather than actually causing concern.

Apparently, Imgur does not ask visitors to declare their age when setting up an account so there is a significant danger of an underage person uploading images of dirty car parts.
