So originally had issues wityh low voltage and check battery light, this has been back to dealership multiple times with no resolve, the latest incident is it's came back and I get no battery light on startup and now a bunch of new error codes such as co73_88, c140_00, c121_00, c159_00 and so on, what could have caused this, is this something that's been turned off in forscan? Thanks for any help

I'm assuming you got hose codes through the onboard diag screen in the dash test screen. Unfortunately in this case that way of checking codes will not give you the proper DTC codes. Please plug in a laptop with forscan using a vlinker FS interface/ a recommended interface for forscan and then send us the DTC shown in forscan.

So the pcm code points to 02 sensor bank 1 sensor 1.

However, I'd recommend checking all the electrical plugs especially the ones behind the bumper near the horn.

Are using the old ELM327 (with switch) cable to connect to the OBDII port ?
