2018 Ford Focus Mark 3 Titanium Keyless entry not working

Featured Replies

I’m new here so apologies if this is an ongoing issue I looked back but didn’t find a definitive answer.

My lovely Focus keyless entry has stopped working,

I have tried both fobs both the same , the batteries were replaced a few months ago.

The car battery is original but it keeps the voltage up as the stop start still works.

The fob buttons operates and unlocks all 4 doors.

I,m thining it may be fused anyone know which and where the fuse is.

Where is the antenna for the keyless situated that may need checking

All answers will greatly appreciated

Steven

Don't do anything until you've fitted a new main 12v battery

The SOC of the car battery is too low. The battery has come to the end of it's life.

Fit a new battery, FULLY charge it for a minimum of 12 hours before you fit it. Then reset the BMS.
