Ford Focus 2015 warning lights issues

Featured Replies

Hi,  on a recent 120 mile trip several warning lights came on like hill start, stop/start, tyre pressure but all seemed ok with driving the car.

On my return from a months holiday abroad the keyless car fob wouldn't work on either the 2 fobs we have nor would the emergency key open the car. So thought the car battery was low/dead socalled out the AA. They managed to use the emergency key to get into the car & believe it or not pushing the start button the car engine started.  So thought it was a key issue but on locking the car several times with the fob showed it to be something else & not a fob issue.

The AA mechanic did a battery test & all was well with the battery charging & holding a charge.

We drove back home 120 miles with no other issues except warning lights came on & also noticed the ABS warning light was on the dashboard mileage clock.

To me this all points to an electrical malfunction as both our fobs working well. So any help/advice would be welcomed.

Thanks Steve
