Bluetooth Issue on ford focus mark 3

Hi,  wondering if anyone can help.  I can no longer connect my car Bluetooth to my phone.   I have tried unpairing and re- paring; removing the fuse (#67) and re-pairing.  Initially the option to connect my phone wasn’t displaying.  After removing and reinserting the fuse this option now appears and I can now re-pair the car to my phone but when I then try to use the phone it is as though the Bluetooth keeps dropping

It’s image is console.  Bluetooth light is on

When I select the phone button on left hand side of console it then flicks between Bluetooth being on and off (see images below).

wondering if anyone can advise on what issue is and how I fix it.  I am not good at this sort of stuff but imagine it will be expensive to take to a dealer and it’s an old car so wanting to try and fix myself.  Thanks in advance for your help! 🙂

    Replace the Bluetooth module.

    Located up behind the glovebox (remove the glovebox). It is just a plug and play unit no coding needed, but replace it with the same part. Lots to be found on eBay.
