Ref. 2012 MK3 Ford Focus Estate, 1.6 Ecoboost, 182PS, Titanium X

I have recently had an issue with this vehicle. The trim that holds headlamp switch assembly has broken, causing the assembly to be hanging loose on the cables.

I contacted my local Ford Dealer who told me that I would need a complete RHS Vent Assembly, Part Number 1806120. I was then told the part is longer available and is not manufactured anymore.

Can anyone help to point me in the direction of a Ford part supplier.

I really only need the Headlamp Switch Assebley surrounding trim and not the complete Vent Assembly

    https://www.allcarpartsfast.co.uk/ford/ford-1806120-louvre-vent-air/ appears to be the only one I can find, the vent surround and headlight switch surround appears to be one piece, how badly broken is your current one? It may be repairable.

    Common problem on Mk3.  They get bashed by knees.  Mine was broken at 6 years/42k miles.

    Bought a used one from eBay, which is probably still the best option now.

    I have carried out a temp repair with super glue, which seems to be working, although it will probably give up with another bash of a knee.
