Help needed

I have inherited a 2014 fiesta 1.0 ecoboost and it has developed a boost issue ( no boost at all) it runs like it’s in limo mode. Previous to me having car it has had lots of work done to try and resolve but they haven’t had any joy.

parts replaced

brake vacuum pump

Boost pressure sensor

Turbo boost vacuum solenoid

oil & filter

The actuator wasn’t working at one point but now seems to have sorted itself out.

i am getting a reading of -96 kpa on the brake boost pressure sensor on the computer.
also o have a fault that keeps appearing of turbo boost control A performance.

can any please give me some idea of where to look next.

Good day.

Could be many things, pipes, N75 turbo solenoid and turbocharger.

Checked with diagnostic obd tool to find any error codes/
