Hi all I’ve just bought a 19plate fiesta titainium with 12k miles on the clock tbh the interior is like a brand new car . It’s been serviced on date rather than mileage . What do I need to watch out for mechanically wise and any advice welcome . I’m not going to do many mile in myself prob less than 5k a year but I’m a stickler for keeping up with servicing

Is this a 1.0 EcoBoost ?

You need to start thinking of getting the wet belts replaced in the next 12 months if it is.

Yes, it would be helpful to identify the engine, though it's very likely to be a 1.0 petrol Ecoboost.

When you say serviced "on date" does that mean according to the Ford 2 year interval? That would mean only 3 oil changes in 6 years which is not good for a low mileage Ecoboost.

12 monthly oil changes are strongly advised under such circumstances.
