Focus Mk1 Front Fog Light Lenses Cracked ?

Hi all I have noticed that both my front fog light lenses are cracked. Is there any way I can just replace the glass or would I have to buy a pair of new lamps ???

If I can just replace the glass how easy is it to change

    They are a sealed unit, so they will have to be replaced. A breakers yard should have a pair of them. There maybe a 'how to' removal guide on here somewhere, I don't think it's a difficult job. Goodluck :).
