I have managed to snap my gear cable end ball AND socket . So that’s the plastic ball socket holder ( female section ) and also the arm with the ball ( male piece ) 

I have stripped it down a tad . But need to know ;

if I take off the selector arm : will I be able to take off the arm with the ball attached to re place it with a new one ? 
hopefully the pics show my problem. . 
One pic is of a new arm to show what is broken and the is the part I’m unsure how it comes out to replace . Any help gratefully received guys !

Thanks . Not sure I explained properly then pal . I need the part like the one I showed on pic ( the arm with the ball joint built into it / not the cables ) 

I also do need one of the end ball joint connectors. But the arm is the hardest one to find online ( the one I showed is the only one I can find and I’m unsure what model it covers , as mine is fiesta ecoboost 2014 )

Ford buy in parts like this as complete assemblies.  You can't buy individual parts separately from Ford.  Might find them from aftermarket suppliers on eBay or similar.

These parts (complete assembly) will be available from your local Ford dealer. They will probably have to order them in.

They will need the VIN of your car as there are a few different versions of the arm and cable assembly.
