    Haven't had a problem in UK but depends where you are (where are you?) as it may need a VPN?
    Unless it's some Chrome setting, try Firefox?

    If you mean a Chromebook then it won't work as it's not Windows based.

    If you mean the Chrome browser on a Windows laptop then that should work.
