Horn connector issue

Hi all,

I was trying to replace the horn on my 2016 mk7.5 ford fiesta with a bosch universal horn. I noticed that the bosch used spade connectors so I cut off the original connector and spliced the cables. Im now realising I could have just got adaptors for the horn connector and wondering if I could find a replacement and reconnect that. Here's some images for reference.

    I feel that you need to have a bigger problem to worry about other than the type of connector used on the horn 🤣
