Just bought a 22 plate Fiesta Vignale. Having problems with cruise/speed limiter control and radio volume control, non of which are working. Checked all the setting in the menu and all seem OK. It's been back to the garage where we bough the car and they are stumped at the moment. Anyone else had similar problems?

    I'd suspect the clockspring or the connections to it.

    I assume the garage is not a Ford dealership.

    Actually it is a main Ford dealer. They are going to speak to Ford Technical next Monday
