in need of some advice if anybody can help? 
 

I have a 2017 fiesta 1.0 ecoboost and the windscreen washers have stopped working. Front and back. 
 

had a look in the manual and can only find a reference to rear windscreen washer pump.  Things listed for the front for some reason. 
 

it took me a while to find the engine bay fuse box as it’s in the underside of a box that 2 large multi plugs go into.  Had to remove the plugs and then the box and there was another cover on the underside. 
 

when pull the stalk to engage the front washers the wipers come in and when pushing back the rear wiper comes on, but no washer jets. So I’m assuming the stalk is ok. 
 

can anybody offer any advise please on potential cause or which fuse to check? Thanks

    There is no fuse for the screen wash pump it is controlled by the BCM.

    Are sure it's not just frozen solid ?

    Is this the Mk7 or the Mk8?

    The Mk7 has a 15-amp fuse behind the glove box.

    I assumed it was an early Mk8.

    The profile says "Fiesta FROM 2017" which I took to mean the later model.
