I have a 2006 zetec with full leathers from a zetec s, I am desperately needing a new rear lap belt for MOT in 7 days unsure of which variation I need, can anyone point me in the right direction

    Don't the Zetec S seats have a 3-point centre belt?

    The parts list only shows one option for a lap belt on Mk6 Fiesta, so I'm not sure what you mean by variation.

    Can you post a picture of your centre seat?  There's no point us checking via VIN if the seats have been changed.  There should be a seatbelt hole on the top of the middle seat if it originally came with a 3-point belt.

    So there is a seatbelt hole at the top of the middle seat yeah with a plastic insert where the belt feeds through, will have to grab a picture on my break as I am working currently

    In that case you need a 3-point belt, not a lap belt.  One from any Mk6 Fiesta should be fine, 3 door or 5 door should be the same.  This isn't the sort of thing that gets listed on ebay much, so you're probably better off asking directly at breakers yards.
