HVAC Door Actuator

Featured Replies

Hi all,

My lads 2015 1.0 Ecoboost Titanium (UK based and RHD)has a clicking noise when air con is on and it’s coming from the driver side under the steering wheel.

Quite a common issue I’ve heard.

My question….is there just the 2 different actuators? 1 each passenger side and drivers side or is there 3?

Trying to ensure I get the correct part number ordered from Amazon/eBay, currently looking at part number 1S7H19E616BB. (Not OEM)

Even better if someone has a link for the driver side one 😊 (If allowed to post)

Many thanks in advance

Hi,

There are 3 actuators on cars with electronic climate control.

Temperature on drivers side. Vent direction on passenger side. And a third for the recirculation flap at the top.

The part number you've posted does look correct for the heater flap.

Do you know if the temperature one drivers side is the most common one to die?
