2020 Kuga ST pipping noise coming from heater matrix

Featured Replies

I have a 2020 Kuga ST. It has started to make a ‘pipping’ sound coming from the centre console around the heater matrix (climate pack) area when the engine is cold, It continues to loudly ‘pip’, ‘pip’  as the engine warms up and stops as soon as the engine is up to normal operating temperature. If I switch the climate pack to the off position as the engine is warming up the ‘pipping’ sound stops and returns again as soon as I turn the climate pack back on. It sounds more plastic related than metallic if that helps?

Has anyone experienced anything similair or knows what is causing it. I find it extremely irritating. I have been to the local ford dealer who could not or did not want to pin it down.
