Debadged Help Required

Featured Replies

Hi guys, I have just debadged my car and there is a slight residue left! What's the best solution to removing this?

Cheers!

Tar/Glue remover will do the trick.

Best places to buy it? Cheers for the help also!

I use Tardis, I think you can only buy this off your local Autosmart rep though. Halfords should sell some Autoglymm Intensive Tar Remover though.

Wouldn't some nail polish remover do the job? Don't quote on that though! Lol :)

I used petrol on mine and you can't see it at all...

petrol

wd40 should do it, or 'sticky stuff remover'

NO! That would not only remove the residue but also the paint!

WD40 dissolves gum deposits. It was the solvent of choice for removing the old season's sponsors' decals from competition cars.
