1961 Ford Prefect-XBU612 - my first car

Featured Replies

Hi, I am trying to see if the 1961 Ford Prefect registration XBU612 is still on the road. This was a first car for a dear friend who has just turned 85 and has asked me if I can geta picture of it and see if it is still working. It is a big ask, but does anyone know how I can get this information? Many Thanks Scott

Try Googling " car MOT " or similar, it'll take you to the GOV.UK web site where tax and M.O.T. status is searchable with the vehicle registration number.

If there's no info then it's possible that sadly the vehicle may have been scrapped.

EDIT, I've just checked for you and that registration number isn't recognised.
