Simon27
Im currently having the cambelt changed om my 07 Galaxy 2.0 D and I must admit its not before time! Just about to pick the car up on Saturday afternoon and go to work and get a call to say the garage have broken the crank bolt and its going to be days before they can get a specialist guy to remove the rest of it and get me back on the road. Their problem? Or mine?

Deffo there problem and if it's a reputable (ie a dealer) garage they should supply a courtesy car as you are not going to be able to get to work ;) btw I've never heard of a crank bolt snapping, have you seen the thickness of those things. Sadly not an option. Its a taxi. And this broken bolt is proving very very expensive.

Threaten "Small Claims Court". 4. See http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/infoabout/claims/index.htm
