Tyres And Wheels

Featured Replies

Hi to all you good people

I need your advice. I have a December 2009 1.4TDCI Titanium which I enjoy except for the noise the tyres seem to make and also that all I need do is to run over a peanut and I have a buckled wheel. I am therefore thinking of changing the wheels and tyres but which do I go for. For instante would it make much difference if I went from a 16" to a 15". Being 65 I do not drive slowly but on trhe other hand I am not an old man racer.

Thanking you in advance.

Geoff

If you're on 195/45/R16 at the moment you can go down to 195/50/R15 as it's only -1.03% difference.

Which wheels to get depends entirely on your taste. Lighter wheels will improve handling, mind.
