The internal fan on my 2L Zetec Diesel Mondeo is noisy and stopping when in use. It sounds like the bruches are on thier last legs but not sure where the fan is or how to get to it. Can anybody help me with this please.

Does anybody also now which fuse supplies the internal cigerate lighter as well as its not on the diagram.
