The rear nearside door on my R-plate Fiesta sometimes locks with all the other doors, but sometimes the other 3 lock but the rear nearside does not.

This happens whichever of the front nearside or driver's door is used to lock the car.

Any suggestions please?

    as the wiring diagram shows each of the actuators wired in parallel. i suspect it is probably a sticking actuator or loose wire.

    may be worthwhile removing the trim and trying a little wd40 on the actuator to lubricate.
