Usb And Bt Problem

Can anyone help.

Recently bought a 2010 Fiesta and all was fine.

A few days ago the USB connection (I was using it to play music from a flash drive) stopped working and now just says "Line In Active"

Also and I don't know if this is related or not. My phone has now also stopped connecting. The toggle for bluetooth on/off under the phone menu doesn't change from "on" if you press OK a few times, but if you then go and try to choose a phone it says BT off in the bottom right corner.

Any help would be appreciated

    I had this happen a few times to my 59 plate Zetec S.

    To get the USB and Bluetooth back I had to disconnect the battery to 're-boot' the bluetooth module.

    If it happens again then you need to speak to a Ford dealer about getting the software in the audio system updated.
