Ok my bluetooth wouldn't connect to my phone at all, so last night I disconnected the battery for 10min and then I could pair my iPhone with the Ford Audio. Brilliant I thought it's working :)

This morning I do a test call but the sound only comes out of the rear left speaker! I press the audio button the one with the music note icon to bring up audio settings and the fader is all the way to the right abd the balance is all the way to the left which makes sense. But I can't change the settings!

Anyone know what to do??

    Hi,

    I get this all the time, i'm told its something to do with the volume on your cd player, the higher the volume the less speakers it uses, when making a call. From what you have said though thats not the case. Maybe try messing with the settings before pairing and check when paired, it maybe something on your phone, if not the system?

    If all else fails maybe take it back to your dealer and let them know that this has started to happen.

    I cant access the audio settings when the phone is unpaired. Well I dont think I can.

    Ive got used to it now, but its odd having a voice coming from the rear left, I keep looking back, but obviously nobodys there lol
