Central Locking On My 53 Focus Lx Please Help!!

My central lockings gone mad on my 53 focus lx, iv always used the remote to lock unlock, but recently the distance i could use it had decrease (battery dying) so i changed the battery and it worked fine for 2 days, now when i lock the car tho it unlocks itself straight away i cannot even lock it using the interior locks or by the key on any doors it just unlocks straight away?

any help please :D

    the reason is one of your latches is faulty try to find out which one by watching the interior handles when they lock/unlock if you buy a s/h one make sure you get a latch that uses a remote as there are 2 types it takes a 6 pin wiring plug on the front doors,colin
