Side Repeater

Featured Replies

hi i have put some crystal clear side repeadters on my mk1 focus. the drivers side one is fine and is in place properly, but the passenger side is loose, so water is coming in. is there any way i can make it more secure.

thanks

Use a thin bead of silicone or just super glue it in place.

thanks mate.

also if you don mind, how would i replace my passeneger wing mirror, it's held on by tape, but i am going to buy a new one, how would i put this on??

thanks alot!!

Bare in mind that if you superglue this repeater, then you may not be able to remove it to change the bulb when it goes! you are better off using silicone beading, or you can buy a rubber seal for a few pence either from ford, or off the internet.

As for the mirror take a look http://www.howtomendit.com/answers.php?id=55002 there and also take a look on youtube, you can find a lot of videos where people have done this themselves and recorded it!
