De-Badging The Front...

Theirs a pic floating about of a Fiesta with the front De-Badged and smoothed out..I personally think this makes the front lines of the car look amazing, but it looks to be a photoshop job, but thinking about it, I assume its a case of removing the small grill that contains the Badge, fibre-glassing out the shape in the bonnet, and do the same for the bumper..sand and spray...but cant think of a solution for the front grill between the bumper and bonnet.

Looked at meshing or honeycomb' mesh but the slots work in steps so that wouldnt look to good...on the US version they have a solid bonnet, im wondering if they have a sold staight finned grill like hours only with out teh ford badge in the middle?
