im new to this forum and searching for an answer please if anybody can help, i have a 51 plate focus and the keys have stopped unlocking both doors, first when trying to lock unless the passenger door was locked from the inside manually the lock would bounce and also soon after the passenger door stopped unlocking with one key and then the other and now the drivers side has now also stopped working, we have never had an electroic key fob, obviously we could buy second hand locks but were trying to keep it to one key as the ignition starts no problem with both keys. Just wondered if anybody had any advice were to start

    I think the key lever is dislocated and you should visit the service station to get it fixed.
