    maybe you have a blocked injector, or maybe air in the fuel system check the fuel lines for any signs of leaks, maybe you can get the injectors checked or how about a good dose of injector cleaner to see if this helps over a period of time! you mentioned changing the fuel filter did you bleed the system free of air.
