Fiesta Stereo Problem - Is It Broken?

Just bought Feista and got home without testing anything more than one station on the radio only to find that none of the stereo buttons or CD drive work.

Can't put a CD in, can't eject the CD (if there is one), the menu button doesn't work. The only thing that works is the radio ON/OFF, pre-set radio station and volume UP/DOWN manually. Steering-wheel controls don't do anything.

Can anyone help please?
