Hi, I am new to the forum and am assembling parts for a 428 cobra jet 4 speed restoration.

I have a shifter by Inland Tools & Mfg that appears to be a 4 speed. It has 3 rods below and one has a marking that has 4079W 4099 M and 4088 M.

I see no other markings. Any idea what this shifter is and will it work with a big block 4 speed?
