hello and welcome to the forum :)

are you looking to do this yourself or have it done at a garage?

  • 3 weeks later...

Hi I am new to this forum also and own a 2007 Zetec. I am interested in lowering mine on springs or possibly coil-overs but i know very little about doing it. Ideally i'd do this alongside putting better brakes and maybe some Z's Alloys on. Could anyone give me some more info into this process? I would get a garage to do the work but what parts work best and can it be done?

Thanks
