There's this list showing the fault statistics for almost every vehicle type class and some samples. Maybe some of you might have seen the results and know about it, but I just read a report on Focus. The results look impressive - at least for 0-50.000 km reading.

For the reference km reading (0-50.000), Focus shows no relevant defects by 93,5 %. Slight defects occur by 4,9 % and some serious ones by 1,5 %.
